Our Process
Customer
Customer receives lab request from their ordering provider. Customer schedules appointment online or via phone. All lab orders must be sent via email prior to arrival of our mobile phlebotomist to customers home or office. For specialty test, lab kits must also be available upon arrival of our mobile phlebotomist.
Mobile Phlebotomist
Our mobile phlebotomist travels to your desired location to collect sample. Lab slip or requisition, and the copy or information of medical insurance are to be collected. For specialty test, lab test kits must be available prior to arrival of our mobile phlebotomist. Sample will be processed for shipping or laboratory delivery.
Laboratory
Sample is received by assigned laboratory for testing. Once the testing is complete, results will be submitted by laboratory to the ordering provider.
